Pat Hobson: Lead Trainer and Managing Director

Pat Hobson is a dual registered nurse with nearly 14 years experience working in health and social care. She has worked within dementia care for a number of years. Pat has recently completed a dissertation as part of her Msc in Nursing Studies which focused on Managing Behaviours That Challenge in Dementia Care. As a result, a series of booklets on Dementia care have been devised, the first is due to published later this year. In addition, two Dementia Care courses have also been devised which includes a ‘Train the Trainer course.’

Pat is a freelance writer in dementia care, health related issues and trainer in Dementia Care, Nursing Older People and Mandatory courses.

Pat has in the past taken part in presenting symposiums at International Conferences in Dementia Care and will continue to do so when the opportunity arises.
